Congratulations to the team! Thank you to everyone for the hard work on the EPD project.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the process, we submitted a summary of the project for the first round of evaluations. Evaluations were done by technical experts in the field both within research and outside of research. The project was then selected among 14 finalists. EPD was then presented to the Technical Achievement Award committee. The TA committee made recommendations for award winners and the Ford Research OCM made the final decision on the winners. There were 6 winners of the Technical Achievement Award.
Again, I appreciate everyone's hard work on this project ... this is nice recognition of the importance of this tool and its potential impact to Ford.
